First Year at BOSS: 2021
Current Position: Admissions Specialist
Hometown: Reston, Virginia

I came to BOSS because:

My husband Trevor Cox began as a student at BOSS in 2014 and returned home completely altered by his experience — I had to make my way to Boulder to see what it was all about. I too felt transformed by the landscape, which served as a catalyst for me to leave my life in NYC and thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.  As Trevor continued his journey from apprentice to instructor over the years, I had the privilege of getting to know the BOSS community better during visits out from the east coast. In 2021, Trevor and I moved out to Denver, CO and I finally had the opportunity to complete my first BOSS course where my appreciation of the work, place, and people grew ten-fold. There is no place like it!

I work at BOSS because:

I believe facilitating an environment where others can explore their relationship to the natural world and each other not only continues to grow and challenge me, but helps spread lasting ripples in how we interact with our world as a species.
