Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is offered based on need, merit, and motivation. The amount of aid awarded can range from 20% to 50% of the tuition cost. We accept and review tuition assistance applications on a rolling basis. If you intend to apply for tuition assistance, we recommend you enroll early, as we have limited space in each course set aside for students receiving tuition assistance.

We award assistance on a first-come, first-served basis. If assistance is granted, students are responsible for paying a deposit for their course after their pre-course orientation call with an Admissions Specialist. The deposit is refundable within seven days of application acceptance.

Students who receive tuition assistance will not qualify for any additional discounts.

How to Apply for Tuition Assistance

Step 1

Choose the course you want to attend on our course schedule and submit an application. In your application, you will be asked if you would like to apply for tuition assistance. Select “Yes.”

Step 2

The tuition assistance application may take up to 20 min+ to complete. You will be asked to upload your most recent 1040 Tax Form. We may ask for additional supporting financial documentation if necessary.

Step 3

Once you’ve submitted your application and scheduled your Pre-course Orientation Call, we make every attempt to review your tuition assistance request prior to your call (dependent upon date of submission & scheduled call). During this call, you will be notified of the status of your tuition assistance application. Payment options will be discussed with an Admissions Specialist.

Additional Discounts

Students can receive a discount on their tuition if they qualify for any of the categories listed below. Military, Student/Educator, and First Responder discounts require verification. Only one discount applies. Recipients of tuition assistance do not qualify for any additional tuition discounts.

Please have supporting documentation ready when you enroll.

  • Alumni Discount: 20% off future courses, transferable to a friend.
  • Military Discount: 20% off for veterans and active military (verification required).
  • Student/Educator Discount: 20% off for current students or educators (verification required).
  • First Responder Discount: 20% off for current or retired nurses, EMTs, firefighters, and LEOs (verification required).
  • In-Full Discount: A 5% discount will automatically be applied for students who pay the full tuition at the time of enrollment. Should they also qualify for any of the above 20% discounts (Alumni, Military, Student/Teacher, First Responder), the maximum discount will amount to 20% of tuition.

Unless otherwise stated, all discounts are valid only in the year they are offered.

Students using a transfer credit may retain their category discount (e.g. alumni, outdoor educator, military, etc.) but may not be eligible for seasonal or other discounts.
