Wilderness First Responder

BOSS occasionally hosts courses taught by guest instructors or one-off courses open to the public. These courses offer opportunities for us to bring special skills or instructors to our community. Whether taught directly by BOSS instructors or by guest instructors, BOSS instructors are always present for these courses and we hold these courses to the same standards as we do for any BOSS course. The Wilderness First Responder courses we offer are offered by NOLS wilderness medicine, are taught by NOLS instructors and count as official NOLS courses for recertification requirements.
