Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased in our store. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For information about course registrations and cancellations, please see our Course Registration and Cancellation Policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
How To Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at store@boss-inc.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return request.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, or items with expiration dates)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original item following the process above, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 7 days and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to issue the refund in an alternative form. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at store@boss-inc.com.
Additional Terms
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted. If a return is denied, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The 14-day period begins on the date you receive your item. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at store@boss-inc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
For orders shipped to the European Union, original standard delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
